Our Charges

As a registered charity, Dyslexia Sparks offers a range of free and subsided services, most of which are substantially lower in cost than similar services provided elsewhere.

Due to our ongoing fundraising efforts and the support of local trusts, we also have funding available via our Bursary Scheme – for further information please click one of the below options:

Monthly Online Parent Support

Dyslexia Assessments for under 16

£185 to include verbal feedback only or £295 to include comprehensive written report

Extended Dyslexia Assessments for 16+ within education

This will include detailed written report (around 40 pages) – can be used for DSA applications within Higher Education

Dyslexia Assessments for 18+ in employment/unemployed

Includes detailed written report - can be used for DSA applications within Higher Education. Also includes Employer Version of report (where relevant and requested).

Exam Access Arrangements/Form 8 Assessment

for students in Years 9, 10, and 12 – includes completion of Form 8 in conjunction with school/colleges

Progress Assessment to gain updated assessment of literacy/maths attainment

following previous full assessment – includes summary report

Specialist Tuition

£55 for 1.5 hours (most common) or £37 for 1 hour. Our specialist tuition focuses on your child’s specific needs in literacy and/or maths. Our experienced tutors use multi-sensory methods and a range of strategies to ensure progress is made.
