ASSESSMENT

Hull & East Yorkshire's only registered charity for dyslexia.

Book an Assessment with us

Your help has been a huge help to Leo, his confidence has grown so much since his diagnosis and I think it is partly because he now knows why he finds things difficult

Referrals for assessments with Dyslexia Sparks can be made privately, and do not need to come from your child’s school or GP. You have the option to fund this yourself, or to receive bursary support towards the cost of this – more info on bursary funding can be found here. It may also be worth contacting your school SENCO to enquire whether the school can support the cost of your child’s assessment.

Information on child assessments can be found HERE

Referrals for adult assessments can also be made privately. We would recommend talking to your employer to see whether they are able to support the cost of an assessment. If not, you can self-fund or explore our bursary funding to help with the cost.

Information on adult assessments can be found HERE

Once you have decided you would like to book an assessment, please get in touch with the office by calling 01482234856 or by sending an email to office@dyslexia-sparks.org.uk
