Celebrating Neurodiversity in Hull. A Day of Connection, Support, and Learning

🌟 What an incredible day! 🌟 On Saturday the team came together to deliver the Sparks Learning Festival in Hull, and it was nothing short of amazing. We were thrilled to welcome so many families through the doors for an afternoon full of discovery, support, and connection with a range of services. It was a privilege to create a space where learning differences and neurodiversity were celebrated, understood, and embraced.

The festival brought together a vibrant community of parents, carers, children, and professionals, all united by a shared goal: to support those navigating dyslexia and other neurodiversities. From advice to resource sharing and heartfelt conversations, the energy in the room was inspiring.

A huge thank you goes to the incredible charities, organisations, and professionals who partnered with us to make the day so impactful: Aim Higher, Hull Parent Carer Forum, TIC Hull, Lincolnshire & Yorkshire, Andrew & Rogers Optometrists, Connect Specialist Therapy Services, Phoenix Wellbeing, Matthew’s Hub, Listening Books, ChatHealth – 0-19 years service and Hull Libraries.

Your insights, support, and enthusiasm made a lasting impression on all who attended.

The Learning Fest was incredibly informative and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, what a great event!

It was brilliant, well done all of you we had a lovely afternoon.

Had very interesting talks with Matthew's Hub and Aim Higher and have hopefully found more resources to support my child with ASD/ADHD.

We’re especially grateful to the Parkinson family and Phoenix Wellbeing for their generous sponsorship – your support made this event possible.
