Does your child love books and stories? Or do they need a little more encouragement with finding ones to enjoy?
We’ve got a special project coming and we need their help on Saturday, 2nd November at Hull Central Library. We’re on a mission to create a collection of dyslexia-friendly books, and who better to help us choose than your children! Whether they’re into adventure, fantasy, graphic novels, or anything in between, their input will help shape a library of books for dyslexic readers in the area.
Here’s why you should join us:
📖Pick the books they want to read – this is all about finding and exploring stories to share.
📖Ignite their passion for stories – explore a huge range of authors and find new books for them to enjoy.
📖Hang out with fellow book lovers – it’s going to be a fun, relaxed session to enjoy with other dyslexic learners.

We’ll be there flipping through pages, sharing ideas, and making sure our project is stocked with books that are actually fun to read. Plus, it’s a great chance to meet others who want to find new stories to read. Parents can leave the children to enjoy the session, or stay if preferred.
Interested? Sign up by emailing your child’s name and age to: [email protected]
Hope to see you there!
